Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of Runway Go (the "Service"), provided by:
RNWY Nordic AB
Reg. no. 559515-7974 ("Runway")
By using the Service, you ("User" or "Company") agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
Runway Go is a data-driven investor matching platform that enables companies to identify and contact potentially relevant investors.
Runway:
- does not provide investment advice
- does not structure investments
- does not participate in investment decisions
- does not handle or hold funds
Runway's role is limited to identifying and enabling access to relevant investors.
2. Google Account Connection (Gmail Integration)
The Service allows Users to connect their Google account in order to send emails to investors via Gmail.
By connecting a Google account, the User authorizes Runway to:
- send emails on the User's behalf via Gmail API
- access the User's email address and basic profile information
Runway does not:
- read, access, or store Gmail inbox content
- access emails not created within the Service
- send emails without User initiation
All emails are:
- created by the User
- sent manually by the User
- transmitted via the User's own Gmail account
3. Use of Gmail Data (Google Limited Use Compliance)
Runway uses Google user data strictly in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Runway will only use Google user data to:
- provide email sending functionality
- enable communication initiated by the User
Runway will not:
- use Gmail data for advertising
- use Gmail data for profiling or analytics
- sell or transfer Gmail data to third parties
4. Email Processing
Email content may be temporarily processed solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
Runway:
- does not store email content permanently
- does not use email content for any secondary purpose
5. Investor Matching
Runway identifies potential investors based on objective criteria, including:
- investment history
- sector focus
- geographic focus
- investment stage
- typical ticket size
- publicly available investment-related information
Runway does not guarantee that any investor will invest.
6. Access to Investor Data
The User may receive access to investor information, including:
- name
- email address
- company affiliation
- investment-related information
The number of investors provided may vary.
7. Permitted Use of Investor Data
Investor data may only be used to:
- contact investors regarding the User's capital raising
- communicate relevant investment information
The User may not:
- use the data for unrelated marketing
- store the data permanently outside the fundraising process
- share the data with third parties
- sell, distribute, or sublicense the data
- build independent investor databases
The right to use investor data ends when the relevant fundraising process is completed or discontinued.
8. Data Protection Roles
Runway acts as data controller for investor data until shared
The User becomes an independent data controller upon receipt
For email communication:
- The User is the data controller
- Runway acts as a technical service provider
9. Data Security
Runway implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:
- encrypted data transmission
- access controls
- secure infrastructure
10. Success Fee
If the User receives an investment from an investor identified via Runway Go, the User agrees to pay a success fee of 4% of the invested amount.
Runway reserves the right to charge an increased fee of 8% in case of failure to report such investments.
11. Limitation of Liability
Runway is not responsible for:
- investor decisions
- the outcome of fundraising
- any communication between Users and investors
No guarantees are made regarding investment results.
12. Term
These Terms apply during the User's fundraising process.
Runway's right to a success fee applies to investments made within 12 months of investor introduction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
