9. Analytics and Session Recording

We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to understand how founders use Runway Go and to improve the product. This includes anonymized session recordings of your interactions with the platform. Sensitive information such as investor contact details and payment information is automatically masked and never recorded. All data is processed and stored within the EU. You can request to opt out of analytics tracking by contacting us at isac@runwaycapital.se.

10. Administrative Access

For the purpose of providing customer support and debugging technical issues, authorized Runway Go administrators may access your account to view your data as you see it. This access is strictly limited to support purposes and is logged for accountability. Administrators cannot perform actions on your behalf such as sending emails to investors or making payments. All administrative access sessions are recorded with timestamps and the identity of the administrator.
